Planning Committee

Anyone is welcome to attend the Planning Committee meetings. Visitors wishing to comment on a Planning Application will be given an opportunity to speak at the appropriate time during the meeting.

There are Terms of Reference for the Planning Committee which are reviewed and agreed each year at the Annual General Meeting of the Parish Council. For more information please read the Planning Committee Terms of Reference document.

You don't have to advise us that you will be attending a Planning Committee meeting, but if you wanted to confirm details with the Assistant Clerk or ask any questions before the meeting, you can call 01256 324345 or email assistantclerk@chineham.gov.uk
