Anyone is welcome to attend the Recreation Committee meetings.

There are Terms of Reference for the Recreation Committee which are reviewed and agreed each year at the Annual General Meeting of the Parish Council. You can read the Recreation Committee Terms of Reference here.

You don't have to advise us that you will be attending a Recreation Committee meeting, but if you wanted to confirm details with the Assistant Clerk or ask any questions before the meeting, you can email assistantclerk@chineham.gov.uk
