The Finance Committee monitors all Council income and expenditure and recommends a parish precept and budget annually to Full Council. It also manages and monitors internal and external auditing and insurance matters.
Financial Regulations govern the conduct of the financial transactions of the Council. The Responsible Financial Officer (RFO) is the Clerk to the Council, who, under the direction of the Finance Committee, shall be responsible for the proper administration of the Council's financial affairs.
