Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment

Local authorities and their partners must carry out an assessment of land availability for housing, over a 15 year period, in their areas as outlined in the Government's Planning Policy Statement 3: Housing (PPS3), which underpins the delivery of the Government's strategic housing policy objectives.
