| Several members of the community who use the facility were present for this agenda item. Councillor Tomblin thanked them for attending and for submitting their design plan. Discussions took place regarding the plan and extra measurements, etc., were added. It was agreed that a shelter is not necessary – a large bench for approximately 10 persons would be more suitable. The group was asked to provide details of other good sites, photos and names of ramp providers. The members of the group said that they would be happy to carry out regular painting of the facility if the Parish provided the paint. These details will be taken into consideration when the Parish has discussions with the Borough. Chineham Skate Park could become a premier site and could attract a lot of people. Car parking facility to be investigated. The Parish Council will keep the group fully informed of progress and invite them back to another Recreation Committee in due course. | User Group Cllr.
