2. | Minutes of Previous Meeting | |
| The Minutes of the meeting held on 20 January 2010 were signed as a correct record of the meeting. | |
3. | Allotments | |
3.1. | Allotment Rules The Allotment Rules have been redrafted by the Borough and have been sent to us by our solicitor. Discussions took place regarding both the Rules and Agreement documents and comments will be sent to our solicitors for further clarification. | Asst. Clerk |
3.2. | Allotment Allocation Final amendments were made to the draft letter and it will be put forward to the full Council for agreement at the meeting on 8 March 2010. As previously discussed, the allocation letter will be sent out by email to those who have email accounts and by letter to those who do not. | Asst. Clerk |

5. | Bulbs | |
| As discussed at our January meeting, a bulb planting strategy will be put in place. The first part of this strategy is for Councillor Wright to meet with the Borough to discuss when mowing will commence and how the areas around bulbs (not to be cut) will be marked out. This meeting will take place in March. A bulb planting timetable will be available for the next Recreation Committee meeting. | Cllr. Wright |
