MINUTES OF PREVIOUS PLANNING MEETING

 

The Minutes of the meeting held on 26 April 2010 were signed as a correct record of that meeting.

3.

NEW APPLICATIONS

3.1.

BDB/72213   Next PLC, 5 Chineham Shopping Centre, RG24 8BQ

Display of front and rear internally illuminated fascia signs 

 The Parish Council has no objection to this application.

3.2.

BDB/72369   46 Coppice Pale, RG24 8JU

Erection of a single storey rear extension

 The Parish Council has no objection to this application.

UPDATE ON APPLICATIONS (*CPC  OBJECTED   #CPC NO OBJECTION   ^COMMENTS)

There were no updates.

5.

 PLANNING ADMINISTRATION

Discussion took place regarding the list of Enforcement Cases which is provided by the Borough.   Councillor Miller to request that the Assistant Clerk is added to the list of recipients for this list.

5.1.

BDB/72251  Sca Recycling UK, Armstrong Road, RG24 8NU

Change of use from waste paper recycling to Biomass Plant (sui generis) for the importation of wood waste (biomass) for the purpose of providing electricity (750kw) to the national grid

The Parish Council has received a reply from Hampshire County Council regarding the Parish Council’s enquiry as to why this planning application did not receive wider public consultation.   Assistant Clerk to request further information with regard to the environmental impact statement.

Local Development Framework (LDF) – To be carried forward to next meeting

5.3.

Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment (SHLAA) 

Version 4 of this document is now available and the consultation period is 10 May to 21 June 2010.   Chineham Parish Council Planning Committee will consider the document and prepare a response which will go forward to the full Council for endorsement.
