MINUTES OF PREVIOUS PLANNING MEETING

The Minutes of the meeting held on 12 April 2010 were signed as a correct record of that meeting.

Erection of a single storey side extension, construction of bay window to front elevation and conversion of garage to living accommodation.   Erection of a detached garage and store.

 The Parish Council has no objection, in principle, to this application.   However, concern was expressed with regard to the tree roots in the area of the proposed garage.
