| The Minutes of the meeting held on Monday 12 October 2009 were signed as a correct record of the meeting. |
4. | NEW APPLICATIONS |
4.1. | BDB/71381 32 Maybrook, RG24 8ST Demolition of garage/store and erection of a single storey side, front and rear extension and side chimney stack The Parish Council has no objection to this application. However, it was noted that the back garden will be seriously diminished and this should not be a reason for later changes to the rear curtilage of the dwelling. |
4.2. | BDB/71319 9 Four Lane Close, RG24 8RN Erection of a single storey side and rear extension and rear conservatory – Amendment to internal layout (en-suite removed) and structural foundations. The Parish Council discussed the original application at the Planning meeting held on 29 September 2009. Our comments from that meeting still stand : The Parish Council noted that the new conservatory will be located close to the ancient hedge which forms the Cufaude Lane boundary and will request that steps be taken to avoid any damage to the hedge during construction. Also no builder’s access through this hedge / fence be made during the construction process. Taking the above into account, Chineham Parish Council has no objection to this application. However, the Parish Council is surprised that the application form declares that there are no trees within falling distance of the boundary. |
