MINUTES OF PREVIOUS PLANNING MEETING

 

The Minutes of the meeting held on Monday 24 August 2009 were signed as a correct record of the meeting.

NEW APPLICATIONS

4.1.

BDB/70994   Land rear of Ajax Close and adjacent Hanmore Road

Amended plans – proposal redesigned to accommodate larger turning heads.   As a result: Allotment plots 1, 2, 34, 35, 36 and 37 have changed slightly, the parking bays have been relocated, the boundary fence adjacent to the turning head by allotment plots 1 and 2 has been realigned.   The landscape plan has been updated.

As Councillor Thornton had declared an interest, Councillor Miller took the chair for this item.   Chineham Parish Council has no objection to the amended plans.

T1 Oak – Fell

Chineham Parish Council supports the removal of this tree, provided that the diagnosis of Collybia infestation is correct.   However, the tree is part of a group of oaks including healthy trees on public land on the adjacent corner and Chineham Parish Council will seek a condition that a suitable replacement oak tree be planted with TPO status.
