Agendas and MinutesThe parish council meets on the 2nd Monday of every month, with the exception of August, at Chineham Village Hall, Thornhill Way, Chineham, Basingstoke. Dates and times occasionally vary to allow for Bank Holidays.
Agendas are displayed on village notice boards and this website at least 3 days in advance of meetings.
Minutes are agreed at the following meeting and are then also made available on this website. Minutes are also archived.
An annual parish meeting is usually held during May of each year. This is not a meeting of the parish council but an opportunity for all residents to hear reports from the council and various village organisations, and to raise any village related matters that they wish to discuss.
