It is with great sadness that Chineham Parish Council must announce that Councillor Brian Sperring passed away peacefully in his sleep in November.   Brian was a lively character who worked tirelessly for the people of Chineham.   Serving our community in many roles over the years Brian was a good friend and a respected colleague, he will be sorely missed.  Rest in Peace Brian
