Planning Committee Meetings
The Planning Committee usually meets on the second and fourth Monday of the month. The meeting on the second Monday starts at 7pm and the meeting on the fourth Monday starts at 7.30pm.
Meetings are usually held in the Community Room at the Village Hall, Thornhill Way, Chineham. Please check the agenda for a specific meeting to confirm the start time and venue.
Anyone is welcome to attend the Planning Committee meetings. Visitors wishing to comment on a Planning Application will be given an opportunity to speak at the appropriate time during the meeting.
